In the evening, you can end the day here with a wine from the neighbouring winemakers and look forward to breakfast in the sun under trees.
Kitchen and toilet are historically authentically located right next door, but belong entirely to you.
Attention: The stairs between the floors are steep, the pavement in the yard is bumpy. With the tower apartment you book a bit of active holidays – and lots of romance.

Around the house are ancient holm oaks, enough deckchairs, loungers and hammocks, but also a covered dining area with a view of the surroundings up to the Appenin, the old millstone in the courtyard and other seating areas, so that everyone finds “his” favorite place.

The house is located on one of the Tuscan hills, 10 km from San Gimignano, 20 km from Volterra, 35 km from Siena, 45 km from Florence and 65 km from Pisa. You can see that all art-historical cities are easily accessible from the house. Our guests often come back from their exits and then enjoy the peace and seclusion of the house.
Heating costs are of all things only calculated if the guest also wants to heat.
The tourist tax is charged only up to six days stay per person by the municipality.
